Why US–Europe meetings shift in March and October
The US changes clocks two to three weeks before Europe in spring and one week after in autumn. During those weeks New York is only 4 hours behind London instead of 5. Check the New York to London page for the exact dates.
Places with no daylight saving time
Most of Asia and Africa, Arizona (except the Navajo Nation), Hawaii, Queensland, and since 2022, most of Mexico.
