    How to find a meeting time across time zones

    1. Add every city where someone will join. Your own city is added first.
    2. Pick the date. The planner applies daylight saving time for that exact day.
    3. Look for columns that are green in every row. Those hours fall inside 9 AM to 5 PM for everyone. If none exist, choose a column with only yellow cells, so the early start or late finish is shared.

    US and India teams almost never share a full 9-to-5 hour. The usual compromise is 8 to 9 AM US Eastern, which is 5:30 to 6:30 PM in India (6:30 to 7:30 PM when the US is on standard time).
